A fresh Approach to implementing ITIL

During their long careers as ITIL practitioners, Stefan and Andrea Kempter (IT Process Maps GbR) saw that:
- ITIL is too complex for most businesses

The ITIL Process Map goes "viral" on YouTube
IT Process Maps GbR now has its own YouTube channel, which will be the new home of the
ITIL Process Map demos.
The current list of demos is for the ITIL Process Map V3 for Microsoft Visio, in English and German. More to follow.

The ITIL Process Map now also in Spanish
Our complete product range, consisting of the ITIL Process Map for the new ITIL Version 3 (ITIL V3) and the ITIL - ISO 20000 Bridge, is now also available in Spanish.
Due to numerous requests from Spanish-speaking countries we have translated our complete ITIL Reference Model into Spanish. The first orders for this new product from two Mexican clients even arrived several weeks before the official product launch on 24th February 2010.
The English and German versions of the ITIL Process Map have been widely accepted with many large – and small – organizations, leveraging our process model to implement ITIL faster and at lower cost, with less reliance on expensive consultants.
The ITIL Process Map covers the complete ITIL V3 Service Lifecycle and is 100% compatible with ISO 20000.

Basic Version:
- The Basic Version of the ITIL Process Map V3 features all contents of the Full Version, excluding the RACI Matrix and the Excel Repository.
Full Version:
- The Full Version of the ITIL Process Map V3 is our best-selling product.
- It includes the complete set of ITIL V3 process diagrams and checklists (document templates), the RACI Matrix, and (for the Visio and iGrafx versions) the Excel Repository.
Bundle:
- Organisations seeking ISO 20000 certification will choose the Bundle, consisting of the ITIL Process Map V3 plus ITIL - ISO 20000 Bridge.

A User-friendly RACI Matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Contribution, Informed) in the form of an Excel spreadsheet is now part of the ITIL Process Map V3 for Visio and iGrafx.
Feedback from our customers suggested that they would welcome an easy-to-use, customisable RACI Matrix for managing the participation of the ITIL roles in the various ITIL V3 processes.
That's why we added an ITIL RACI Matrix in Excel format to the ITIL Process Map V3.

A new, User-friendly Excel Repository and a custom Visio toolbar, adding features to Visio along the lines of dedicated process management applications.
You spoke - we listened! Feedback from our customers suggested that they would welcome a simple Excel spreadsheet for managing their ITIL Processes, Data Objects, Roles, and Checklists. That's why we made the Visio version of the ITIL Process Map V3 still more user-friendly: We replaced the former database in Microsoft Access format with a new Excel Repository.
The Excel Repository is accompanied by a new Visio AddIn with a custom toolbar. In contrast to the previously used standard MS Visio functionality, this makes it much more comfortable for you to pick ITIL Processes, Data Objects, Roles, and Checklists from the Repository while modifying the ITIL process diagrams.
