A User-friendly RACI Matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Contribution, Informed) in the form of an Excel spreadsheet is part of the ITIL Process Map 2011 Edition for Visio and iGrafx.

Feedback from our customers suggested that they would welcome an easy-to-use, customisable RACI Matrix for managing the participation of the ITIL roles in the various ITIL V3 processes.
